VENDOR INFORMATION
Showcase Your Business at the Cumberland County Fair
The Cumberland County Fair provides businesses with a unique opportunity to connect with thousands of fairgoers from throughout the region. Whether you offer home improvement services, specialty products, retail merchandise, novelties, or promotional services, the fair is an excellent venue to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and engage directly with potential customers.
We welcome commercial exhibitors, businesses, organizations, and vendors who wish to promote products and services during the fair.
Vendor Space Fees
Commercial & Food Vendor Space: $500 per 10′ x 10′ space
This category includes:
- Home improvement and home show vendors
- Commercial products and services
- For-profit organizations
- Retail merchandise vendors
- Novelty vendors
- Businesses and exhibitors not selling handmade crafts
All food vendors require current approval from the county health department.
Craft Vendors and Non-Profit Organization Space:
$35 Tuesday through Friday
$40 Saturday
Space Size: 10 feet x 10 feet
Additional spaces may be reserved based on availability.
No vendor can share or split their space. One vendor per space.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendor fees include exhibit space for the duration of the fair. Vendors are responsible for supplying all equipment and materials needed to operate their exhibit.
Vendors must provide:
- Tents or canopies|
- Tables and chairs
- Extension cords
- Lighting
- Water hoses (if required)
- Display fixtures and signage
- Any additional equipment necessary for operation
Payment Information
Payments made by check must be received by the vendor payment deadline established for the current fair season.
After the published payment deadline, all vendor payments must be made by:
- Cash
- Money Order
Space reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been received and approved.
Attendance Requirements
To ensure a positive experience for fair attendees, all commercial vendors are required to remain open and staffed during all published fair operating hours.
Vendor responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a staffed booth throughout the event
- Keeping displays presentable and operational
- Providing a welcoming and professional environment for visitors
- Complying with all fair rules and regulations
Move-In & Setup
All vendor setup and vehicle unloading must be completed at least one hour prior to the fair opening each day.
For the safety of guests and exhibitors:
No vehicles will be permitted within the fairgrounds after the fair opens to the public.
No exceptions will be made.
Vendors should plan accordingly and allow sufficient time for setup before opening hours.
